A Shared Vision of Sanctuary
& Hospitality at L’Eau Hill

L’Eau Hill — born in Atlanta, shaped by the world, built for those who see it first.

L’Eau Hill began as a personal project. A private home built in the heart of Chosewood Park by an Atlanta native shaped by the world. I wanted a sanctuary that reflected how I actually lived: intentional, effortless, refined but unperformed. A space that carried the rhythm of real Atlanta: unbothered, magnetic, layered with story.

The house was designed as my family’s creative retreat, a place to write, dream, and build beautiful things to give to the world. And we did just that. What I didn’t expect was how many others would see themselves here too. Friends, filmmakers, founders, producers, designers — people who create meaning for pleasure and for a living — began gathering at the house long before it ever went public. They recognized the quiet confidence of the space before I did.

At the urging of my son, Caleb, and my friend Tia- a television producer who saw its cinematic bones - I opened the doors to hosting others in 2022. Since then, what started as a personal refuge has become a creative landmark. Weddings, brand shoots, podcast tapings, and intimate dinners have unfolded across these rooms: from Pottery Barn and Anthropologie editorial campaigns to corporate salon dinners, to women retreats, to bridal and baby showers, to indie film screenings to backyard weddings. Each guest brings their own composition; the house simply frames it.

Still, L’Eau Hill has never been about scale. It’s about discernment. Whether it’s a quiet morning by the pool with a small group of friends, a 50th-birthday brunch, or a documentary premiere for 40 guests, the constant is the same — a devotion to atmosphere, to intimacy, to the honest luxury of feeling held. The people who host here don’t need to prove anything; they come because they already know what is truly important and valuable to them.

Our team treats every detail as craft, from stocking the fridge with intention, styling each corner of the house as conversation, guarding the flow of ease for every person who walks through our gates. Because we are hosts firsts, not operators. And the house itself is our living archive — every celebration becomes part of its story.

L’Eau Hill was the first chapter in a larger family portfolio, Kin & Co. It inspired the creation of what is now Norwood’s Vineyard and, soon to come, Norwood Ranch. It’s also inspired our work cars the South to help other families reimagine their land and spaces through our company Acre + Heir. Each property a different verse of the same poem about Southern lineage, legacy, and taste. Yet this house will always be the first blueprint. The original. The sacred beginning of what it means to live, and host, with intention.

We hope it will become your blueprint for whatever you’re envisioning hosting and for so many other beautiful things to come.

With intention,
Erika Norwood
