House Manager – L’Eau Hill House

The Steward of the Home and Caretaker of The Guest Experience

About Kin & Co.

Kin & Co. is a family-owned, multi-brand company that helps people hold onto what matters through spaces, gatherings, and tools that make beauty, memory, and connection visible. Through our family of brands, including our flagship venues L’Eau Hill and Norwood’s Vineyard, as well as creative partners Always June (event styling and decor) and True North (spiritual wellness company), we create space for intentional living. Everything we do is grounded in legacy, hospitality, and soul. Together, we’ve served thousands of guests and built a reputation for care, creativity, and excellence that leaves a lasting impression.

We don’t just build venues or host events — we help people preserve what they love, celebrate what’s true, and experience what lasts.

We are memory makers.
We are spacekeepers.
We are story-carriers.
We are beauty interpreters.

About L’Eau Hill

L’Eau Hill is a private residence in Atlanta (near Grant Park) that opens its doors for both overnight stays and intimate, private events of up to 40 guests. Designed for connection and celebration, the home has welcomed more than 300 gatherings in the past three years — from milestone birthdays and backyard weddings to bridal and baby showers, wellness retreats, creative productions, and film shoots.

Every celebration here happens within the warmth and character of a lived-in home, where a heated saltwater pool, spa-like suites, indoor–outdoor living spaces, and lush gardens create a backdrop for memories that feel personal and lasting. With over 100 five-star reviews, L’Eau Hill is known for its thoughtful details, gracious hospitality, and a sense of ease that makes every guest feel at home.

About This Role

The House Manager is both caretaker of the home and steward of the guest experience at L’Eau Hill. This is the person who ensures L’Eau Hill is pristine, welcoming, and functioning flawlessly for every booking, from the first walkthrough to the last light turned off.

Most events will be managed solo, sometimes with a parking attendant for larger gatherings. On occasion, members of the owner’s family may be present, especially in fall/winter or for partial-home-use bookings. The House Manager must be comfortable in both settings, maintaining professionalism and ease whether working independently or alongside family.

Our Commitment to Your Training

Whether or not you’ve worked in hospitality before, we invest deeply in our team. Every Kin & Co. client-facing House Manager participates in a 12-month guided hospitality training designed to refine and elevate hosting skills. This training takes place alongside your work and covers topics such as guest care, property stewardship, conflict resolution, and the art of memorable, gracious service. By the end, you’ll be confident in delivering a master-level of hospitality that our guests will remember for years.

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare the home to five-star readiness (indoor and outdoor).

  • Stage all areas: align furniture, check amenities, refresh décor, and remove visible debris.

  • Perform light cleaning and touch-ups as needed.

  • Coordinate with our cleaning team for deep cleans and give quality feedback when needed.

Guest Welcome & Orientation

Special Project Support
