House Guidelines

We hope that every guest who visits L’Eau Hill has an unforgettable experience. We have poured our heart and soul into making the space embody a sense of beauty, comfort, love, and Southern hospitality. In the spirit of transparency, we would like to share our house rules that we ask each guest and visitor to follow and respect. Please be sure to share these guidelines with your guests and vendors before their arrival.

Private Residence

L’Eau Hill is a private family residence that welcomes guests by approved reservation only. Please do not share the address publicly with anyone outside of your approved guest list. We are available for tours by appointment only. Please note, that we do not allow drop-in visits or walk-in tours without an appointment. During your visit or reservation, we also ask that guests remain in the accessible shared spaces (Poolside Vista and Glass View Room) and do not loiter or enter the other private areas of the home that are closed/inaccessible.

Guest Capacity & Seating

The indoor and outdoor spaces combined can comfortably host up to 25 guests.
- The guest capacity for the Poolside Vista (outdoor space) is 25 guests however, dining options are as follows: 24 poolside dining + 6 covered patio dining.
- The guest capacity for the Glass View Room (indoor space) is 18 for dinner and up to 25 including the sectional sofa.

Hours & Seasonal Availability

L’eau Hill is open for private events year-round during the following hours listed below. We do not permit overnight stays at this time:
- Sunday - Thursday: 10 am - 8:00 pm
- Friday & Saturday: 10 am - 8:30 pm

Entering and Leaving LH House

We ask all guests to respect our neighbor’s personal property and refrain from loitering outside of LH House (which includes the driveway area) at any time. Guests should be mindful to maintain limited noise and lower voices when entering, leaving, or near the House's external premises.

The Pool

Guests may use the pool to swim from May 1 until October 31 at their discretion during their visit. No running or diving is allowed in the pool. Glass is prohibited in the pool area. Food and drinks are prohibited inside the pool for any reason (unless management approves). Guests must wear proper swim attire inside the pool at all times. No street clothing or shoes are allowed inside the pool. Nudity is prohibited at all times inside the pool or outside of the pool area. Guests must bring towels as they are not provided. 

Children

LH House is designed for adults but is also family-friendly. Children under 16 years old must be accompanied at the House by an adult 21 or older at all times. 

Pets

We love pets, however, we do not allow animals, including service animals, at L’Eau Hill House for any reason.

Smoking

We do not allow any smoking at any time (including but not limited to vaping, hookahs, cigars, cigarettes, or e-cigarettes) inside or in any outside space of LH House. Guests who are found smoking will be asked to leave the premises and may be required to pay a cleaning fee of $500.

Alcohol

Guests 21 years and older are welcome to bring and consume beer, wine, and champagne responsibly while visiting LH House or attending a private event. Guests who desire to serve liquor/mixed cocktails must do so through a caterer or licensed/bonded bartender. Any guest with an event that will have alcohol consumption onsite is required to obtain 3rd party event insurance through EventHelper.com. Guests must take all glass bottles (partially full and empty) offsite at the end of their visit to avoid a $250 trash removal fee. We discourage and prohibit anyone from consuming alcohol while swimming. Alcohol is not permitted at any time inside the pool. Hard liquor and mixed cocktails must be served by a licensed bartender. Guests must be mindful of their behavior while consuming alcohol. Any guest or member suspected of being overly intoxicated, causing harm to others or themselves, or being disruptive while under the influence of alcohol will be asked to leave the premises. We strongly encourage guests to utilize ride-share options (Uber, Lyft, Taxi, or Carpool) if consuming alcohol. The LH House Manager, owners, or management will be happy to arrange rideshare transportation for guests as required.

Food & Catering

Guests are welcome to bring outside food and utilize catering services of their choice for private events. Please keep in mind LH House does not provide kitchen access to guests or caterers at this time however, guests have access to our charcoal and gas flat-top grill, outdoor pizza oven, microwave, coffee makers, and full-size fridge. Guests or their caterers will need to dispose of all food, serving items, and trash upon leaving LH House to avoid a $250 trash removal fee.

Illegal Substances

We do not allow illegal substances or the use of marijuana on site. Any guest found to be buying, selling, using, or possessing illegal drugs while on LH House premises will have their event terminated.

Noise & Music

We ask that all guests respect the tranquil and peaceful environment that we’ve created at LH House. To that end, we ask that any guests control their noise volume while inside and outside of the LH House. Music can be streamed via LH House Bluetooth speaker must be kept to a low to moderate volume and must conclude by 9 pm daily. We do not permit guests to bring any personal speakers onsite and DJs and live bands are not permitted. We ask that guests refrain from any loud shouting, yelling, or singing that could disrupt our neighbors or violate local noise ordinances. Any guest causing a disruption will be asked to leave the premises and may be subject to their event or membership being terminated.

Personal Property

Guests are responsible for their personal property while visiting or attending an event at LH House. This includes removing personal items (owned or rented through a 3rd party) at the end of their visit. LH House cleans the premises daily and often discards personal items left behind by guests after 24 hours. LH House is not responsible for replacing or compensating guests or vendors for any personal items lost, left behind, or discarded.

Parking

LH House is situated in a residential in-town community. Driveway access and free nearby street parking are available for guests. Guests that park on nearby cross streets are requested to avoid blocking residents’ driveways and mailboxes as well as stop signs. Guests may not park in no parking/tow zones or in any place that will block the flow of traffic. Guests should remove any valuable items from vehicles. LH House is not responsible for any damage, ticketing, or towing of a guest or visitor’s vehicle while visiting LH House.
