Event Restrictions

We believe in creating moments that feel intimate, meaningful, and serene. To preserve this vision, we maintain certain guidelines to ensure our space remains a tranquil retreat for every guest.

While we welcome intimate gatherings and bespoke celebrations, we’re unable to host events that:

Exceed our guest capacity.
Create heavy foot traffic or disrupt the neighborhood.
Include DJs, live music, ticket sales, or public/social media marketing.

If your vision aligns with our house rules, we’ll gladly welcome you and help create memories you’ll treasure. For events requiring a more flexible space, we’re happy to recommend our sister property, Norwood Vineyard & Gardens in Jonesboro (just 20 minutes south of L’Eau Hill) which can accomodate up to 100 guests, or alternative venues that fit your needs.
