This summer, L'Eau Hill proudly presents the "Full Home Experience" with exclusive access to the Poolside Vista and Glass View Room in addition to our designer Living Room space, Fully Equipped Kitchen, and 2nd Story Master Bedroom and Spa-like Master Bathroom with a Private Deck overlooking the pool. Ideal for discerning gatherings such as film productions, workshops, retreats, and bridal showers, this offering is perfect for both half-day and full-day bookings, accommodating up to 35 guests.

The front of the home features our bright and stylishly designed living room featuring a designer sofa & accent Chairs (can seat up to 6 guests) and dining table (can seat up to 5 guests).
Fully Equipped Kitchen
Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, air fryer, coffee maker, and cooking essentials.
Master Suite, Spa-Like Bathroom
& Private Balcony
Our second-story master suite features a smart TV, electric fireplace, and independently controlled Heat/AC, a private balcony with a lounge and dining area, a marble outdoor firepit table with panoramic views of the pool and ceiling fans, indoor and outdoor dimmable lights, a mini-wine fridge, and a private indoor seating area. The master bath boasts a dual vanity sink, soaking tub, and glass rain shower system, with Bluetooth surround sound system.
Glass View Room
Our Glass View room has direct access to the pool area with crystal clear views of the outdoor space and features bi-fold glass doors, two dining tables (can seat up to 16 guests), a designer sectional sofa (can seat up to 5 guests), private indoor restroom, electric fireplace, indoor Bluetooth sound bar, smart TV and dedicated, ceiling fans, dimmable lights, and an independently controlled Heat/AC.
Poolside Vista
The Poolside Vista is situated amid a canopy of lush trees and greenery and features a heated, saltwater pool, jacuzzi hot tub, three poolside dining tables (can seat up to 24 guests) with umbrella canopies, a sectional sofa (can seat up to 5 guests), oversized egg chairs, and covered patio area with a jacuzzi hot tub, outdoor fridge, dining (for up to 6 guests) and gas and charcoal grills and a pizza oven.
